Quality & Performance
There is a separate cell of engineers exclusively dedicated to upholding highest standards and control of quality of all products manufactured by us. A strict vigil is also kept on sub-contracted jobs to maintain a high level of product quality. Wherever required, various tests are carried out at different stages of production. We use testing instruments from internationally known brands. Some of the tests are listed below:
Ultrasonic testing

Radiographic testing
Industrial radiography is a method of non-destructive testing where many types of manufactured components can be examined to verify the internal structure and integrity of the specimen.
Dye penetration test
Dye penetrant inspection (DPI), also called liquid penetrate inspection (LPI) or penetrant testing (PT), is a widely applied and low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials.
Tolerance measurements
Engineering tolerance is the permissible limit or limits of variation in: a physical dimension; a measured value or physical property of a material, manufactured object, system, or service; other measured values (such as temperature, humidity, etc.
Third party inspections
Apart from our rigorous in-house testing and elaborate quality plans, our products also regularly undergo third party inspections conducted by the Indian boiler regulations inspector, Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance, Bureau Veritas, SGS, National federation of co-op. sugar factories, and VSI.
IBR India
Every newly registered boiler and every other boiler of which the working pressure has been altered shall, before the issue of an original or renewal certificate for such boiler, be tested under steam to the satisfaction of the Inspector. .
