Sugar Plant Diffuser

Our latest endeavor is to set up a Diffuser Plant for juice extraction from Sugarcane/Sweet Sorghum/Sugar Beet, Till date SS Engineers has supplied and have under commissioning 7 Nos Diffuser plants.
Our indigenously designed diffusers (five installations) are in operation and the 6th & 7th installations are under execution. Extraction by diffusion is a more profitable & modern alternative available for the sugar industry. Apart from saving due to lower capital & operational cost, it has been widely proven that the power saving and degree of extraction achieved by diffusion is better than that of milling.

The advantages of diffuser over milling

Low Power consumption : Compared with 5 mill tandem of same crushing capacity. Power of almost 3 mills is saved in diffuser.
High extraction : Up to 97.5% extraction is achieved.
Low Capital Cost : Small foundations, no factory building, less equipment.
Low operation Cost : Manpower requirement is just 60-70%
Low Maintenance cost: As the diffuser is a very slow speed conveyor, the maintenance cost is very less as compared to a milling plant.
